Description of the Authorized Training Facility Status
The title "Training Facility" refers to organizations that have demonstrated excellence in the instruction, administration, and management of ADANAC - D2000 training programs.
- They function as independent, tax-paying organizations but work closely with the ADANAC College Registry to ensure continued excellence of their programs.

Prerequisites to achieve Authorized Status

Business or organization interested in applying for authorized status must:
1) be in good standing with the ADANAC Registry;
2) have an established line of credit with ADANAC;
3) meet the performance requirements for authorized status;
4) execute the Training Facility Agreement.

Performance Requirements for Authorized Status

1) The Training Facility is required to be reasonable and flexible in all business dealings with ADANAC and with their clients.
2) The Training Facility is able to understand and communicate ADANAC innovations in easy learning concepts for adults.
3) The Training Facility staff conducts itself and the business with integrity and
professionalism. They are proficient, knowledgeable, courteous, and ethicalin all their professional interactions.
4) The Training Facility staff is responsive to the needs of the client, responsible in the conduct of courses and course reporting, and agreeable to the requirements of maintaining Authorized Status.

Training Requirements for Authorized Status

The candidate must also have available as a minimum, an ADANAC - D2000 Instructor in active teaching status with the ADANAC Registry. As a prerequisite to achieve authorized status, the candidate must demonstrate an understanding and command of effective human relations. This may be accomplished with proof of successful completion of a human relations training program or proof of job-related training or experience indicating the same. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that the candidate, in addition to having technical expertise, has the interpersonal skills necessary to deal effectively at all levels required by his/her authorized status.

Continuance and Renewal of Authorized Training Facility Status

The Training Facility is considered a privilege and its renewal depends solely on ADANAC's evaluation of the Training Centre.

1) Consistency and dependability in providing ADANAC - D2000 courses.
2) Objectivity and professionalism in teaching ADANAC - D2000 courses.
3) Positive and professional support of ADANAC and members of the Registry.
4) Complete a Training Facility Membership Renewal every two years.

Applying for Authorized Status

1) Complete the application attached.

ADANAC will consider the application and performance requirements. If the application is approved, we will mail you a copy of the Authorized Training Facility Status Agreement for your review. This Agreement outlines specifics of the Authorized Status.
